Teaching Methods

Grades III, IV & V

In Grades III, IV & V, students build upon the foundational knowledge acquired in Grades I and II, focusing on further development of literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills.

The transition to Grades III, IV & V marks the introduction of subject-specific teachers, allowing students to explore various subjects in more depth and breadth.

Our curriculum integrates project-based learning and hands-on activities to engage students in meaningful and practical learning experiences.

Teachers in Grades III, IV & V employ differentiated instruction techniques to cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring every child receives personalized support and attention.

Assessment strategies include both formative and summative assessments, with a focus on continuous feedback and student reflection to promote growth and learning.

Collaborative learning opportunities are integrated into the curriculum, encouraging students to work together, share ideas, and solve problems collaboratively.

The extended Oxford Reading Program in these grades provides students with a wide range of reading materials and activities designed to enhance their literacy skills and foster a love for reading.

In addition to academic subjects, students in Grades III, IV & V participate in extracurricular activities such as sports, arts, and community service projects to promote holistic development and well-being.
